Weekly self-study PDFs • Live Q&A with Dr. Gupta • Mind Wellness Marma Practice • 30-Day Mind Journal • Community Portal

Some days the mind feels clear and steady. On other days, it may feel restless, distracted, overwhelmed, heavy or simply tired.
The central idea
Instead of asking
“How do I stop my thoughts?”
Begin with
“What is influencing my mind, and what can I learn from observing it?”
Ayurveda does not look at the mind in isolation. Food, digestion, sleep, routine, sensory input, activity, relationships, thoughts, emotions and environment can all influence how we experience the mind.
The goal is not another list of things to do. It is to understand the principles, observe your own patterns and begin making changes that are meaningful for you.
Practical self-care
Marma therapy works with specific vital points described in Ayurveda. In this program, participants will be introduced to a simple self-care sequence based on the Stress Free Mind and Restful Sleep Marma protocol.
Rather than only learning about the mind intellectually, you’ll have an opportunity to experience a traditional Ayurvedic self-care practice and observe how your own body and mind respond.
Marma self-care is taught as a traditional Ayurvedic wellbeing practice intended to support relaxation, restful sleep, steadiness, clarity and overall mind-body wellbeing. It is not offered as treatment for any medical or psychological condition.
Learn where selected Marma points are located.
Learn how they are traditionally used in a mind wellness practice.
Learn how to apply them safely for self-care.
Observe how you feel before and after practice.

The curriculum
Four weeks. One step at a time.
Week 01
Build the foundation before exploring the mind.
Five Elements; Vata, Pitta and Kapha; qualities; Agni; Ama; digestion and transformation; daily habits; Sattva, Rajas and Tamas.
Goal
Build enough Ayurvedic understanding for the rest of the program to make sense.
How it works
Study the Week 1 PDF at your own pace, reflect, and bring your questions to the live Q&A.
Week 02
Understand how Ayurveda describes the mind.
The senses → mind → intellect → response; attention; impressions and reactions; Manas, Buddhi, Ahamkara and Chitta; observing instead of forcing.
Goal
See mental activity as understandable—not random or mysterious.
How it works
Read the Week 2 PDF, observe your mind, note questions, and discuss them in the live Q&A.
Week 03
Notice the conditions surrounding your mental state.
Food, digestion, sleep, routine, movement, work, relationships, emotions, social media, news, sound, screens, environment and sensory overload.
Goal
Recognize the factors that seem to influence your own mind.
How it works
Use the PDF and observation exercises to study your patterns, then bring questions to the live Q&A.
Week 04
Turn understanding into practical change.
Breathing practices, yoga and meditation, Mind Wellness Marma self-practice, reducing sensory overload, self-observation, supporting Sattva; eating habits, Agni, sleep and daily rhythm, movement and nature.
Goal
Create a practical Personal Mental Wellbeing Plan to continue after the 30 days.
How it works
Choose sustainable habits and learn to respond rather than react automatically.
How it works
This is not a program built around recorded video lessons. Each week, you receive structured PDF learning materials to study at your own pace.

Not just information
Many people already know they should sleep well, eat well, exercise, reduce stress and spend less time on screens. But knowing is not always enough. The important question is: How are these things actually affecting you?
Throughout the 30 days, connect what you read with what you observe in your own life.
Everything included
Learn together
Throughout the 30 days, you will also have access to a private community portal where you can ask questions, share your observations, discuss what you are learning, and learn from the questions and experiences of other participants.
Post questions as you work through the weekly material.
Share what you are noticing about your routines, habits and patterns.
Discuss the weekly concepts with other participants.
Benefit from the questions, reflections and experiences shared by the group.
